The Hospital Week celebrated from February 13-18, 2023 with a festive and jubilant mood. Shri Pankajbhai R. Patel, Executive Chairman of GCRI was the Chief Guest and Shri Manoj Aggarwal, Additional Chief Secretary, Health and Family Welfare Dept., Government of Gujarat was the Guest of Honour at the Hospital Day Function on April 18, 2023. The main events included scientific awards, orations awards, elocution competition, mehndi competition, rangoli competition and entertainment program by the staff members.

Shri Ramniklal J. Kinarivala Cancer Research Award Conferred to Dr Sharmila Bapat, Scientist G, National Centre for Cell Science, Pune.

Shri Madanmohan Ramanlal GCRI Luminary Oration Award conferred to Dr Geeta Joshi, Former Deputy Director and Head of Palliative Medicine Department, GCRI.
